So this weekend Bridge & Stitch headed down to London Edge Trade Show. This was the first trade show of the year and we were keen to get our name out and meet as many new brands as possible.
So the day started at 7am, dragging ourselves out of bed ready to hit the snowy roads at 8am. Getting to London was a bit of a mission and we didn’t get off to a great start arriving in London massively late and walking round with layers of clothing on freezing our little toes off!
Arriving to the warmth of Olympia was very welcomed and it was finally time to get down to business! Being our first ever visit to London Edge we weren’t really sure what to expect so walking in to the hall with a person walking around on stilts in an amazing outfit took us aback slightly and set the tone for the rest of the day. This show really is alternative!
We spoke to some really nice people who had a great collection of clothes and I hope the show went well for them. These included Lady K Loves and Miss Fortune.
If you are into your leathers, punk, gothic looks or enjoy the skater, streetwear lifestyle this show is definitely for you!
It was a great day and a good start to the trade show season! Bring on Margin and Spirit next week!
